Does the price of the conference tickets include the workshops?

No, the January 27 workshops are an additional cost.

Do you provide a group rate?

Yes, if you have a party of five or more. Email support@EstateSales.NET or call us at 888-653-8468 for pricing.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Tickets may be canceled for a full refund by January 20, 2020. No refunds will be offered after that date.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Tickets may be transferred on or before January 27, 2020. Email support@EstateSales.NET or call us at 888-653-8468 to arrange a transfer.

How much does the conference cost?

A full-priced ticket to the National Estate Sale Conference is $849. Workshops are an additional charge of $150 per workshop. You can attend up to two workshops (one morning, one afternoon).

Where will the conference be held?

The conference takes place at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, 1200 West End Avenue, Nashville, TN, 37203.

Is the hotel stay included in the price of the conference ticket?

No, it is not, but we have negotiated a lower rate with the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel. You can view the details on our hotel page.

Is there a discounted hotel room rate?

Yes. To receive the discount, you must book your hotel through the National Estate Sale Conference group page. There is a limited number of discounted rooms available. We recommend booking early!

Will you provide discounts for the conference registration?

We will be offering a limited number of “Super Early Bird” discounted tickets. They will be available until they sell out.

When does “Super Early Bird” pricing end?

We have a limited number of Super Early Bird tickets available. They will be available for purchase though September 30th.

Can I speak at the conference?

Fill out our speaker application if you would like to be considered as a possible speaker at the National Estate Sale Conference.

Is the conference multitrack or single-track?

The conference will be a single-track conference, with all sessions held in the same room.

Is there an additional cost for the workshops?

Yes, the cost is $150 per workshop. The price includes your ticket to one of the four conference workshops. Breakfast will be provided if you are attending a morning workshop. Lunch will be provided if you are attending an afternoon workshop. You can sign up for the workshop/s of your choice on our registration page.

How many workshops can I attend?

You can attend up to two workshops on the January 27th workshop day: one-morning workshop session and one-afternoon workshop session. You can find more information about the workshop offerings on our workshops page.

Will video recordings of the conference be made available?

At this time, we do not believe that there will be recordings made available.

Can I bring a guest to the conference reception?

Why Nashville?

We chose Nashville for its central location and the fact that there’s plenty to do during the off-hours.

When is it?

The conference takes place on January 28-29, 2020. 
Monday, January 27, will be reserved for pre-conference workshops.

What airport do I fly into?

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the largest airport in Nashville. It is a little over 10 miles from the hotel. 

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?

Taxis are approximately $30-35/trip from the airport to the hotel. A paid shuttle is available to the hotel through SuperShuttle.com. Uber and Lyft are also available at their standard rates.

Nonstop flights are available to Nashville International airport from 75 different markets

What is the weather like in Nashville in January?

It can be cold in Nashville in January, and there could be the possibility of snowfall. We recommend bringing cold-weather clothing. Since the conference is located in the southeast, we also recommend checking the local weather each day, as it is not uncommon for it to be 32 degrees one day and 70 the next.

What do I need to bring to the conference sessions?

We recommend bringing your favorite notebook and pen/pencil, laptop, or tablet to take notes on. You could also bring your business cards for networking. Don’t forget to bring a charger for your electronic device. There will be wi-fi available.


What is included in my ticket?

Main Conference Ticket:

Workshops (additional ticket/s required to attend):

  • Access to one morning or afternoon workshop per ticket purchased

  • Morning workshop attendees will receive breakfast

  • Afternoon workshop attendees will receive lunch prior to their workshop starting

Will there be food provided?

Breakfast and lunch will be provided on each main conference day. Snacks will be provided during session breaks. Hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served at the conference reception. 

How long are the workshops?

Each workshop will last approximately three hours with session breaks.
